CrossFit has changed my life in every way! My transformation includes over 160 pounds of weight loss and so much more! A new healthy relationship with food, mental strength, and the desire to keep setting new goals. I was never athletic and overweight all through high school. I did not walk into a gym until I was 40 years old.
I quit drinking in 2014, but gained even more weight and was just below 300. I knew I needed change. It all started with CrossFit, and I fell in love. I wanted to learn more and get in better shape while learning more about fueling my body to get maximum results.
I want to show others that change is possible at any age and any skill level. I am proof of it. I have a passion and excitement for this amazing sport and just want to share it with others.
